3. B2B & Wholesale Accounts
For our commercial partners using the B2B portal, we've simplified the procurement process. You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our sole discretion, especially if we suspect misuse of bulk pricing agreements.

4. Shipping & Returns
We ship throughout Ireland and the UK using carbon-neutral logistics providers whenever possible. Due to the sanitary nature of cleaning supplies, returns are subject to strict hygiene controls. We've set a 14-day window for reporting damaged wholesale equipment.
